FP4 tool room milling machine is no exception, being at the same group as FP1 and FP2 as leading metal working machines in the industry.
DECKEL FP4 Features
Transmission delivers full horse power at spindle through entire speed range: 31.5-6300 rpm, independent axles drive motors for 3 axes of simultaneous movement. DECKEL FP4 offers exclusive built in overload clutches on all axes protect FPNCs from crash damage. Pre-loaded recirculating bail screws with anti-backlash ball nut.
The FP4 equipped with a CNC contour 3 - 3D path control with speed of 40 - 4000 rev/min. Other details include feed of 2 - 3600 mm/min stepless, rapid of 4 m/min, vertical and horizontal spindle with extensible vertical spindle of 80 mm and manually swiveling milling head.
