The IVG Industrie-Verwertungs-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG was founded in 1976 and is located in Kirchlengern, NRW (Germany). Auctioneer, founder and general manager of the auction house is Dipl.-Ing. Hubert Küpers.
Experience is the key for IVG
With decades of specialized experience IVG GmbH works with liquidators, leasing companies and public authorities regarding industrial auctions. With less than ten employees working at the headquarters the auctionshouse works together with partners and clients from a great variety of sectors. IVG is an expert in the fields of appraisals, inventories, consultation and sales of movables assets, such as machinery, vehicles and office equipment. At its great warehouse storage capacity of 7.500 m² at its headquarters in Kirchlengern, IVG Küpers offers transport of movable assets with its own staff and vehicles. On-site auctions as well as off-site auctions of secured machinery, plants or vehicles are organized regularly. The experienced team around Dipl. Ing. Hubert Küpers also takes care of potential pre-financing through credits and prepares around 150 – 200 appraisals every year. Based on those appraisals, IVG GmbH provides for additional rehabilitation projects of various commercial estates and their further leasing.
Additional distribution channel
The online auction platform provides an additional distribution channel for IVG Kuepers since 2010. While the auctioneer is not only focused on the online auctions, it regularly updates its website and provides buyers and sellers the possibility to join auctions from afar. The website also informs about live auctions and direct buy options of real estate and commercial estates, such as warehouses, offices, event and leisure facilities or industrial sites. The categories include industrial plants and machinery, woodworking machinery, metalworking machinery, construction machines, forklift trucks and others. IVG's website caters to the German speaking market and is available only in German. Registration is free but necessary in order to join online auctions. After the successful termination of an auction, the winning bidder has to finalize the purchase by transferring the amount within 24 hours and pick up the purchased items at locations previously identified by IVG GmbH.
