COMMODOR Specs and Features
The COMMODOR is generously specified with a turning diameter over the bed of 380 mm and a turning length of 1000 mm. The spindle bore is 56 mm. spindle speed is from 25 – 2000 rpm in 18 increments, powered by a high torque motor. Fully installed the WEILER COMMODOR requires 4 Kw of power. The COMMODOR is easy to operate and features a lead screw and feed rod cover for safety. It has automatic hand wheel release and a holding brake, plus the option of a digital readout. This versatile centre lathe can use a number of tooling systems, three or four jaw chucks and face plates. It benefits from many years of constant upgrades and investment by WEILER, keeping it at the cutting edge of technology.
